Refund and Cancellation Policy
All purchases on our store are final and non-refundable. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

If your purchased product is not as advertised in our store then please write to us over email with sufficient evidence so we may investigate your claim.
If your claim is found valid then we would send you a replacement product if available with us or else we will issue you a refund.
In case you are unable to read your digital purchases, please contact our tech support by pressing the Contact Us button from Help screen. If we are unable to fix your problem and the problem is not because of defects and limitations of your Mobile phone then we will issue you a refund.
Cancellations are not permitted after you have placed an order. In case we are unable to ship your order by the advertised date (if any) or more than 7 days after receiving your order ( whichever is higher) then you may contact us and request for a cancellation. If your order is not yet shipped when we receive your cancellation request, then we will process a cancellation of order and refund your payment.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
